Printed with state-of-the-art printers using 16k quality and resin adapted to each print.
Post-processing?
We ensure the removal of support and sanding of any imperfections, while also curing the pieces with UV light for safe handling.
More sanding may be required by the buyer on the cheaper finishes.
Customizable orders?
We are happy to receive any request.
We include:
- Existing 3D models:
We accept .stl files or an idea/character/model that you want to print.
- Product modification:
We can alter/add the 3D and paint of any specified product without any problem.
- Painting commission:
If you have a model you would like to have professionally painted, our artists can provide custom painting services to meet your requests.
- 3D model commission:
We accept requests for custom 3D models.

Order questions
How are the orders coming in?
We ship the products with the appropriate protective measures for each order.
Alternatively, we can send the printout with supports for added security.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation of an order before the printing process begins. Once printing has started, cancellation may not be accepted or a fee may apply (25% of the order price). Once painting has begun on an order that has already been printed, cancellation is no longer possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you complete your purchase.
Security
What aspects should you be careful about?
• Warning : This product contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 12 years. Keep out of reach of young children. Adult supervision is required during assembly.
• Choking hazard: Small parts may pose a choking hazard. Never put figures or pieces in your mouth.
• Sharp points and edges: Handle with care. Some figures may have points or edges. If a piece breaks, dispose of it carefully to avoid injury from sharp edges.
• Material information: This figure is 3D printed using standard photopolymer resin. The cured resin is completely non-toxic and safe to touch. However, if you sand the pieces, wear a mask to avoid inhaling epoxy dust.
• Assembly: Do not force the pieces together. If using glue, make sure it is suitable for the materials.
