Finishes
Both options include the post-processing of filing and removal of supports from the pieces in a superficial and detailed manner.
- Unpainted: You get a product without primer and without assembly.
- Painted: Arrives in pieces hand-painted with non-toxic acrylics, some pieces may be joined together.

Packaging
- The pieces are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in small boxes, then secured in larger boxes.
- The painted figures receive extra packaging.
Return policy
Returns
- Defective or damaged orders:
We have a 48h return policy, meaning you have 48 hours after receiving the damaged item to request a refund.
The item will undergo a verification process, during which we require a multimedia file to confirm the defective/damaged order. Upon receiving the shipment, please do not handle the order excessively and submit your request as soon as possible.
- Non-custom orders:
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unaltered, with the tags attached and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
